Jesseca Maglothin (Phoenix, Arizona)
Jesseca was born and raised in the rain forest of Hawaii by her Father, a Native American Shaman by the name of Chief Grey Eagle. At a very young age Jesseca was completely immersed in nature and the body’s ability to naturally heal itself.
Moving to Tucson Arizona and Inspired, Jesseca earned her massage certification and license as a 2004 graduate of the Desert Institute of the Healing Arts in Tucson Arizona. Immediately after her graduation she opened her own clinic (Oasis Massage Clinic), which she has been successfully running for the last 7 years. Where she offers Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hydrotherapy, Spa treatments, Aromatherapy, Cupping therapy, Detoxification Therapy, Reiki, CranioSacral Therapy and Thai massage. Along with massage, her love and passion for water and earth-based therapies led her to study & be mentored by Ann Mihina, LMT (author of Natural Spa And Hydrotherapy: Theory And Practice). Jesseca began as a Teaching Assistant (TA) at Cortiva – Desert Institute the end of 2005. She has been a TA for courses such as Spa Foundation, Hydrotherapy, Body Mechanics, Basic Swedish strokes and clinical classes. Since then Jesseca has become an instructor for those classes at Cortiva – Tucson. As an Instructor she delights in sharing her knowledge & passion for all aspects of Massage, Spa, Hydrotherapy and energy work. She also enjoys teaching workshops and continuing education classes in her field of expertise.
Recently moving from Tucson Arizona to Phoenix Arizona she is further pursuing her passion for teaching and has created a wide range of Spa, Hydrotherapy, Aromatherapy, energy work and self-care Continuing Education classes. These classes are approved by the NCBTMB as CE credit hours.
